Kebony wood

Kebony’s leading technology has produced materials that will significantly contribute towards reducing greenhouse gas emissions. They have developed a method of modifying wood to produce an alternative to both tropical and traditionally impregnated timber. Made mainly from pine, beech and maple, Kebony’s products can be used in many areas, ranging from wooden piers, decking, cladding and roofing to indoor flooring, furniture and window frames.Kebony wood is produced from sustainable wood, treated with a bio-based renewable additive. In this process, bio-based substances are fully cured inside the wood. The wood becomes harder and more stable, and its durability is improved.
